About Sharam One of only a handful of producers of his kind that can move effortlessly between the nocturnal world of underground dance floors, with acid house gems like 'Get Wild' (Essential Miami WMC Tune of 2008), his techno infused summer anthem 'Texi' (hammered by the likes of Luciano, Ricardo Villalobos, Adam Beyer, to Sasha, Danny Howells and Laurant Garnier…) and daytime commercial radio hits with releases such as 'PATT' and 'The One' (forthcoming in August), always unpredictable, Sharam will never conform to anything other than his own high standards. After taking a break from being one half of Grammy Award nominated and Grammy Award winning Deep Dish, the most successful US dance duo in history, he's continued to delight and confound critics in equal measure - and he wouldn't have it any other way. "I don't play the trendy genre game. Music should be made, listened to and played based on a feeling and the quality of the piece and not how it's categorized."

Sharam Tayebi mans the turntables as one half of the Grammy award winning DJ/production duo Deep Dish. Characterized by a harder style than his partner Ali “Dubfire” Shirazinia, Sharam performs as Deep Dish featuring Sharam, when he takes to the road to deliver his signature half of the distinct Deep Dish sound. Aside from his DJ/production duties, Sharam stays busy as co-owner, along with Ali, of Deep Dish Records, Yoshitoshi Recordings, and Shinichi Recordings.
