Cortez Library's Sneak-Peek Springfest

Spring is a time of renewal. Join Cortez Library in a day of fun, food, activities and demos of library services as we open our doors to give the community a sneak preview of the recent improvements we've made to our community's San Antonio Public Library location. Events will include a Family Fun Hour (kids' story and craft, 11 a.m), Teen Gaming ("Just Dance," 12:30 p.m.), and demos of cool databases and services to help with homework, test-taking, educational testing practice, and job searching, (1:30 p.m.). Other events from 11 a.m to 3 p.m. will include complimentary treats and refreshments, music, community booths, balloons and an inflatable jump on the lawn for the little ones. And if you want to know more about downloading digital books, music and movies, library staff will be on hand to give you the lowdown on this awesome, free library service.(All events subject to change.)
