Event details: Beginning Fly Tying
Description
This class will cover basic fly tying. You’ll be using our materials and vices, but you can bring you own vice if you choose. If you’ve never tied flies before you’ll be introduced to the many different materials and their purpose. You’ll find out which flies represent which insects or bait and how to use them to catch fish. Catching a fish on your first tied fly is very rewarding! We’ll be tying foam critters or Saltwater. The class will be held on these dates from 1:00pm to 3:00pm Sunday, July 5th; Sunday, July 12th; Sunday, July 19th in the fly shop. Because of limited seating, please sign up in the fly shop or call ahead to reserve your spot. If you have already signed up, please call to confirm your space. All Bass Pro classes are free and open to all.
