Women in the Light

Women in the Light...Resting in the Potter's Hands will be held on Saturday, November 7th, 2009 at the San Angelo Convention Center. Doors will open at 8:00 and the event will start promptly at 9:00am. Tickets are $35 and are available in advance at St. Luke United Methdist Church, First Baptist Church, Southland Baptist Church and Ward and Co Hairdressers. The ticket includes a light breakfast and a box lunch catered by Susan Ball and the City Cafe and Bakery. Our speakers for the day are SQure Rushell and Louise DuArt. This husband and wife team wrote the book, Couples Who Pray. SQuire also wrote the book, When God Winks. SQuire is the winner of seventy-five Emmys and is a former television president and CEO. Louise has been called one of the world's greatest comedic impressionists with her dead-on impersonations of more than one hundred marquee characters. Also speaking is Rachel Raborn Norris. Rachel is a potter and will share her testimony while working at the potter's wheel to let us all know that God can mend the broken pieces and use us a vessels to further God's Kingdom here on earth.
