Maverik Center

Located southwest of Salt Lake City in the suburb of West Valley City, Utah, the Maverik Center multi-purpose arena first opened its doors on September 22, 1997. Since then, the venue has become a Salt Lake City go-to for sports, music and live touring productions.

The Maverik Center can alter its configuration to accommodate groups as small as 3,700 and crowds as big as 12,000. It features features four different meeting and event spaces: Centennial Room, VIP Conference Center, The Golden Corridor and Arena, making it the ideal choice for a wide range of large-scale live entertainment events.

The Maverik Center is currently home to the ECHL’s Utah Grizzlies and the AFL’s Utah Blaze. In addition to the various games played by its tenants, the Maverik Center schedule has also hosted various distinguished sporting events. One of the venue’s main claims to fame is its participation as one of the primary hockey rinks used for the 2002 Olympic Games.
