Limitless in their possibilities and patiently crafted by artists through a process that can take years, animated films reflect the creativity of filmmakers who use many different styles and sensibilities to tell their stories. Whether created by pen or computer, ink or software, these animated treasures prove that rich characters and imanginary worlds don’t always need large-scale crews or budgets to ensure successful storytelling. In this program, we’re delighted to bring some of our alumni filmmakers spotlighted in previous Sundance Film Festivals back to Utah to show their body of work and offer fresh insights into their creative processes.
