Dear Minister of Praise,
I'd like to cordially invite you to what started out to be a 5th Annual Liturgical Dance Anniversary but is now a life-changing, yoke-breaking call to render praise, worship and warfare in this season. Jesus is calling for total commitment now in every area of our lives. There can no longer be any wavering or holding on to the former things. It is our reasonable service to offer our bodies as living sacrifices for His Glory. Therefore, the theme for this event is, My Utmost for His Highest. We are very excited about all of the ways the Lord is blessing and moving on our behalf.
We are planning a full weekend that begins with our Dance Workshop to be held on Saturday, August 9th 2008. This is an open call to all dance and step ministries to participate. During this time all participants will be taught the song that will be our opening selection for Sunday as directed by our guest choreographer. Saturday's workshop is scheduled from 1pm to 4pm and Sunday's service will begin at 4pm.
Again, our theme for this event is: My Utmost for His Highest. Our scripture comes from I Peter 1:13-25 with an emphasis on verses 15-16, "But just as He who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; (16) for it is written: "Be holy, because I am holy." New Living Translation
We ask that you RSVP and return it as soon as possible. Prepare your teams (dance, mime and steppers) to minister at least one selection each. I thank you in advance for your prayers, support and all the ways that we will be blessed as you show forth His praise.
In His Service,
Tamara Lee-Brooks
