The Salinas Community YMCA, is offering a free 13-week training program to the entire community both members and non-members to help people prepare for the Salinas Valley Half Marathon (www.salinasvalleyhalfmarathon.org) on August 7, 2010. Weekly training officially begins on Thursday, May 6th, alternating every other week between lectures at the Y and group runs at the Hartnell College track, located on the corner of West Alisal Street and College Drive in Salinas.
