The 34th Smoky Hill River Festival

Experience the majesty, mystery, and music of the Smoky Hill River Festival. The Festival begins with a hometown favorite - the Festival Jam on Thursday, June 11, at 6 p.m., with gates opening at 4 p.m. But thats just the beginning as the Festival unfolds throughout three and a half days with special events, activities, and encounters, brimming with food, art, shopping, and entertainment. From start to finish, there are plenty of Festival activities for Festival goers of all ages. Pre-Festival activities include artist displays - and an up close look at making some unique pieces. Meanwhile, during Festival weekend, you can catch even more. The Big Band Dance on Festival Friday always draws a huge crowd, while the Festival Fitness Five foot races get Festival goers to the park extra early for a competitive, but fun, run or walk race. There are races for children too! The Smoky Hill River Festival offers more than just music and art. Its a Festival of fun!
