What is Christian Meditation? Come learn the benefits of Christian meditation and how this spiritual discipline can create more peace and joy in your life and deepen your relationship with God. This meeting discusses the benefits of Christian meditation and will include a center prayer and guided meditation session. Instructor: Rhonda Jones Cost: Free, donations appreciated. Will have guided meditations, books, and resources available for review. 9-11 a.m. Oak Park Methodist Church, 3600 Broadway.
