Description: The Smart Investing for Women workshops take place on the first Wednesday of every month through October 7, 2009, from 12 noon to 1 p.m., in the Central Library's Tsakopoulos Library Galleria (828 I Street, Sacramento).
The Sacramento Public Library’s Smart Investing for Career Women is a once-a-month, noon-hour, brown-bag investment series for women. The lunchtime talk series will feature local female financial experts who will use the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) investor education modules as the basis for enhancing the investor knowledge of local career women.
Reservations are not required to attend the series. Participants are welcome to bring a lunch. Cookies and soft drinks will be provided.
This 12-month series is made possible by a grant from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Investor Education Foundation and the American Library Association.
