Daily 8:30 to 6. Closed New Year's, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Savor the sights and sounds of a small North Carolina town. Tour an old cemetery and see houses and churches dating to the 1830s. Enjoy the ambience of the downtown with its shops, restaurants and a great ice cream shop. Traverse a segment of the Over the Mountain Victory Trail and a Rails to Trails path. Qualifies for Over Mountain Victory Trail (OVT)Award. Surfaces are sidewalks, paved country roads and gravel on the Rails to Trails.
