The Detroit Zoo's Summer Safari Camps For Kids
From June 25 through August 17, the Detroit Zoo is offering new and past-favorite Summer Safari camps for kids. Children ages 4 to 15 can explore the wonders of nature and wildlife with tours of the zoo, hands-on activities and crafts.
Half-day, single-day, week-long and overnight sessions will be geared toward specific age groups.
Early Bird drop-off starts at 7:30 a.m. and Late Owl pick-up runs until 5:30 p.m.
Cost: Payment required - Prices for the Summer Safari camp sessions range from $28 to $240 for Detroit Zoological Society members and $33 to $250 for non-members.
