    Micromachine/MEMS, Japan's leading exhibition focusing on Micro/MEMS & Nano Technologies. Because of the rapid growth in the number of exhibitors at the show in the past few years due to the development of the micromachine and nanotechnology industries, exhibition space for the fair in 2006 had been expanded markedly as the show recorded an all-time high in the number of exhibitors at 313 companies, up 20% from the previous year.
