Shoreleave

Once a year we "trek" up (or down) to Baltimore for our Shore Leave!!! An exciting weekend convention, it has dealers, guests, and too much for me to list. Pre-registration closes next Monday but tickets are sold at the door. They say the first X#, but I have never seen it sell out if you get there before noon on Saturday. This year's guest include: "The Doctor," and Nelix, as well as people from Atlantis, Twlight, and the ever mighty Hercules! I go up Friday for the book talks (I am an avid Trek-book reader,) and usually stay the weekend. I will, however, have to leave Saturday afternoon this year to make it back to DC for a concert. More than likely I will go back up Sunday morning to see whatever I missed. I have a hotel room about 10mins away that is a suite and can fit a few people. If you are interested in bunking with me, let me know. I got a great deal! I also can take people up with me when I drive up Friday. We would meet at my place in Rockville. Just remember, I am leaving Saturday afternoon to make it to my concert. This is a great event, and a ton of fun! If you have never been to a convention, this is a great one to start with.
