Description
New six week session starting October 20 at JCC of Greater Washington on the corner of Monstrose Rd. and East Jefferson St. We meet Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6:00 am in the lobby of the JCC. Remember to bring water and a towel. We start every boot camp with a brisk jog/fast walk and some dynamic stretching. We then move into our primary workout that involves isotonic and isometric strength exercises, endurance building, and improving coordination. Every class ends with a good 10 minute cool down including stretching to improve flexibility.
