Description
We are going to Burn the calories while collecting calories to feed the hungry. We will donate a 1 hour Zumba and a 1 hour Circuit training class to anyone that wants to come and bring a donation of a non-perishable food item or monetary donation to help feed our hungry in the greater Sacramento area. From 6-7am we will bring the house down with our high energy Latin American and international inspired Dance program. You will burn 400-700 calories in this class. Then if you didn't get enough there you can stay for our 7am Circuit training class. There will no charge for either class. Bring a friend or family member. Please reserve a spot because space is limited
