Description
The jolly man in the bright red suit will be visiting one of his favorite towns during the 66th annual Santa Parade in downtown Rockford. After the parade, Santa will be in the Rotary Pavilion to visit with the children and find out if they have been naughty or nice and get their wish lists for the big day.
