Relaxation for the Soul: Emotional Healing

This meditation will be focused on emotional healing. A lot of times, when we are feeling stressed out, it's because of our hidden emotions that build up. Sometimes we need to dig deeper to get them to the surface. It's not so much of the emotions themselves, but the fear and conflict we have about the feelings we are experiencing. Once we face the fear and feel the emotions, the serenity and peace of mind enters, bringing us to our natural state. The purpose of this meditation will be to cleanse pent up emotions and bring awareness to them. Please feel free to bring kleenex and pen and paper. Time will be given to write.
