Come join us at this bi-monthly Weight Management Meetup, to work together toward a common goal: Losing and/or Maintaining our weight! In any goal you are working towards, it is always helpful to have mutual support from those who are also working toward the same goal. At these Meetups, we inspire and motivate each other to live a healthier lifestyle and work toward our weight loss goals. We will discuss slow, sensible and healthy ways to lose weight and to keep the weight off, over time. We will also discuss the different dimensions of weight loss, diet and exercise. Please feel free to bring in any Weight Loss tips you have and/or any Motivational Stories that have inspired You to lose weight and take better care of yourself. We can also exchange lower calorie and tasty recipes. Please note that if there are less than 5 (including Me) RSVP of Yes, the Meeting will be canceled until the next WM Meetup. These Meetups should only be about an hour or an hour and a half long, so we should be done around 8:30 pm, at the latest. Also, please note that the first Weight Loss Meetup of the month will most always be on a Wednesday night and the second one will be on a Thursday night. This way hopefully if one night does not work for you the other night will. There are $5 yearly dues that help cover the cost of having this Meetup site, which is $144 per year.
