March Indoor Walking

It's that time of year again --- for Indoor Walking!!! Walking is one of the best exercises you can do for overall health and fitness. Walking at least 3-4 times a week, for 30 minutes is great for muscle tone and for cardio exercise. Most of us do not like to walk outside when it is cold. But why just sit at home in front of the TV or computer? Let's get together and walk the Mall for a few laps and then have some type of drink together at the eatery. Hope to see you all there and make sure to wear comfortable walking shoes! Please Note: We will wait until no later than 7:10 for those who may be running a few minutes late.
