General Program Drop-in Meditation Class -Living Life from the Heart

We all want to have a rich and fulfilling life, but often feel that we are too busy or overwhelmed to be in touch with our own life's meaning and purpose. Our General Program classes in February continue our journey with Buddha's teachings on how to heal our painful states of mind so that we can be fully present to connecting to a meaningful, heartfelt life experience. Each class includes a simple breathing meditation, a short talk on Buddhist thought and a concluding meditation. There is also time to ask questions and discuss. Classes are open to everyone, regardless of background or experience. No need to register. Come to any class you like!
