Gates Open 10 am. plunge at 12 noon. Tailgate Party and Music by DJ Dave prior to taking the plunge. While this has long been a tradition to ring in the New Year by plunging into the quarry, this is a fundraising event to benefit children and adults with disabilities living in Lebanon County. Since parking on grounds is limited, Parking Passes can be obtained in advance for a $15 donation by calling 717-274-3493. At the gate, passes are $20. Polar Bear Plunge at Willow Springs Park
