Team Iron Chef Party - Italian!

Put on your aprons and sharpen you knives, itÂÂ's time to make like an Iron Chef and COOK! The game basically plays like this: 1) You will be divided into two teams 2) Each team will appoint a head chef 3) Each head chef will choose ingredients for their team 4) Each team will have 90 minutes to make a 3-course meal *Further details and a twist will be revealed at the event Judging: 1) Dishes will be judged based upon the following criteria: a. Food name b. Food presentation c. Taste d. Overall creativity 2) Dishes will be judge by three members who will not be participating in the cooking. Mushrooms, 2 heads Cauliflower Rebecca < 6 Pears/Apples/Oranges and 3 pints Strawberries/Raspberries/Blackberries/Blueberries Lindsey < 16 oz. Sour Cream and 15 oz. Ricotta cheese and 2 pints Whipping Cream Alan < 16 oz. Mozzarella Cheese and 16 oz. Marscapone Cheese Karen < 2 lbs. Pasta and 30 oz. Pasta sauce and 1 jar capers Cherie < 2 loaves Crusty Italian bread and 8 oz. Almonds/Walnuts and 1 container Cocoa Powder, 2 lbs. Arugula/Lettuce Mix TQ < 3 packages Canolli shells/Lady Fingers and 8 oz. Olives, 2 packages Amaretti cookies and 10 Roma Tomatoes Nancy < Italian appetizer to share during the cooking Christina and Jeremy < Italian appetizer to share during the cooking The winning dishes will be recreated for the Cut Throat Santa Gift Exchange Game Night in January!
