Description
10:30am-3:30 PM In mahamudra meditation, we focus on the mind itself as the object of meditation. Lorne Ladner leads an intensive half-day meditation workshop on mahamudra. Although intended to be a follow-up to Gyumed Khensur Rinpoche's mahamudra teachings, students of all backgrounds are welcome to attend. Format: guided and silent meditation, questions and answers. Suggested offering: $25 - $ 35 members; $50 -$60 nonmembers
