Put on your chocolate sommelier hat and learn how to discern the subtle and exquisite notes of chocolate, and what to look for when purchasing fine chocolates. You will sample a variety of chocolate couverture from around the world and learn the rich and wonderful history of the cocoa bean. Payment is required upon registration.
