FLAMENCO FESTIVAL at Lisner Auditorium

Goddesses: What's sexier than FLAMENCO? Well, besides BENICIO DEL TORRO? Ummm, nothing!~~~ But...Flamenco comes pretty darn close!!!! Let's go collectively as a group to check out the FLAMENCO FEstival taking place at th LISNER AUDITORIUM at GEORGE WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY. PLEASE try to purchase your tickets by JANUARY 10th to ensure we can ALL get tickets. Tickets range from $35-$65 but I'll probably get a $35 one. This year's gala features important new figures in flamenco dance: the sensuous Pastora Galván, a versatile dancer able to navigate easily between classic and modern flamenco; the passionate Belén López, who has caused a sensation in flamenco circles in recent years; and Rocío Molina, the fiery dancer who has ÂÂ"become one of the finest soloists in the world today (New York Times).ÂÂ" As the date nears, I'll pick us out a HOT SPOT restaurant to enjoy a pre-show dinner and round it off with drinks afterwards nearby.
