Time: 10:30am - 12:pm Assemble the tools you need to develop a successful daily practice and find out the elements necessary to generate realizations. Share ideas on how to make every action meaningful. Explore fundamental Buddhist values and concepts and their relevance to the 21st century. Includes training in how to meditate. Format: presentation, group discussion, guided meditations. No previous experience required. Includes a half-day mahamudra meditation workshop led by Lorne Ladner. Instructor: Ven. Tendrol. Suggested offering: $10 per class, or $40 for the series
