WE ALL WE GOT is returning to Reno on Friday November 13th, offering a platform for emerging independent artists to be seen and industry creatives to connect with talent. Presented by Inhouse Talent and hosted by Revolutionary Poet Sellassie, WE ALL WE GOT is designed to expose interesting and determined artists, cultivate relationships, and build community among independents. WE ALL WE GOT is a monthly artist showcase at Reno’s premier live music venue, The Underground which boasts a great stage, sound system, reputation and location.
Advocates of independent music, Inhouse Talent’s Gina Gallo and Sellassie see the opportunity to contribute to the local arts community among ambitious, forthcoming artists. The duo realize the obstacles independents face and knew they could build a win-win situation if they could create a formula to share resources, thus, WE ALL WE GOT was born. Proving successful in San Francisco, Inhouse Talent is taking the WE ALL WE GOT series to Reno & beyond.
2009 West Coast Hip Hop Award receipant and event host and performer, Sellassie is shining as a leading progressive voice in Bay Hip Hop. With an acclaimed debut release, I’m Tryin’ to Make a Livin’ Not a Killin’, he is now poised to release his next album in January 2010. Sins of Your Forefathers was written this past summer to address the realities of ghetto life as seen through the eyes of Sellassie. Although inspired and motivated from reading hundreds of books, Sellassie is self-taught and came up on the streets. Sellassie’s lyric is rooted in a deep comprehension of the world around him. He writes on domestic and world politics, international relations and community needs, corporate thuggery and the obstacles independent artists face. He has seen first hand the problems that his music addresses. He has seen black on black crime, he has lost many close friends to homicide, he has seen the drugs and money destroy his community, he has witnessed the decay of Independent Bay Hip Hop. The listener takes a ride with Sellassie, San Francisco's next rising son, thru 16 thought-provoking and inspiring tracks, coming direct from a young thinker, writer and poet.
November headliner, MAXINE is a Bay area based entertainer about to drop her debut album in the next 2 months. Reno native MAXINE is a singer songwriter full of soul and rock n roll. She invites you to come to a show to hear something real and new and experience "we all we got."

Lunacy writes Hip hop and poetry and has been writing music since he was 9yrs old and states, “i'll write forever.” Lunacy has been getting more into my poetry recently but my heart will always be with my music. He cant stand fake cats who write lies and fakeness and his head has never been down on that level.
Lucky is an aspiring musician with big dreams and goals. He has had a love for music for most of his life, and now he wants to share his love for music with everyone else. He's pretty much just a regular kid, trying to live his life one rhyme at a time.
Shea was born and raised in Reno, NV and has been composing music ever since the 5th grade by writing her own lyrics, making her own beats, and singing her songs. Her dream is to inspire the peers around her, showing them anything is possible, you just have to believe in yourself. Shea discovered this mindset not to long ago, and it's changed her life and has affected everything in her life. Shea believes Love is the movement. And for the future ahead of us, she thinks love is going to be the only change for this world to be a better place. Shea states, “And the more we all think on the same level and love eachother......the better for all of us.” She just needs more people other than her family to believe, so she can spread what she’s discovered. Shea will always make music, whether or not people believe in her, but along the way is going to do everything she can to help people change their lives in a positive way.
