Time to let loose and dance (pole dance that is)

By overwhelming response, finally a night to let loose and loose your inhibitions and have FUN! I had to book and pay a deposit for the session in advance so PLEASE only RSVP if you can definitely attend. If more than 10 women sign up the cost will be $35.00 a piece. Once you confirm that you will be attending I will give you the exact location for the meetup. Please find all of the information below regarding dress and rules. Pole for the Soul What to wear Tops: Wear whatever you would normally work out in; tank top or t-shirt or sports bra, etc. Bottoms: You will also need bare legs to make contact with the pole. Please wear shorts or wear sweat pants or yoga pants that you can roll up to your thighs. Feet: Bare feet please. There are no street shoes allowed in the studio and you will be asked to remove your shoes once you enter the studio. What to bring: 1. Water - this is quite a workout and you will want to stay hydrated. 2. Your favorite music! I have a music selection for you to choose from. But if you have some songs of your own that you really love to dance to, bring CD's or an mp3 player (I can plug it into my stereo). What not to bring: 1. Please, no men. There is no waiting room and men are not allowed at the party - this is just for us girls! 2. No Jewelry. The poles can scratch or damage your rings and bracelets. Please leave your jewelry at home or you may remove your jewelry when you arrive at the studio. Safety... You will be here to have fun and express your inner diva! But your safety is still my first priority so I want to remind you all to please follow a couple basic safety guidelines. 1. Do not apply any lotion, oils, or moisturizers to your body on the day of the party, even if it's several hours prior to party. The residue lingers and is transferred to the poles, making the pole slippery and hazardous for yourself and others. 2. Alcohol before the party is not recommended. IMPORTANT: anyone who appears tipsy or under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted on the poles for their own safety. And there are no refunds for those who are turned away because they have been drinking. Arrival Time... Your party is scheduled from 7:00 to 9:00pm (parties last anywhere from an hour and a half to 2 hours). If you arrive late, your instructor is not able to extend the party past 9:00pm to make up the lost time. So I recommend arriving on time so that you can get the most time possible for your party. Your instructor will arrive at the studio 10 minutes prior to the start of your party. And just a reminder, your payment is due at the start of the party (when you arrive). There is no credit card machine in the studio, you can pay the balance by check or cash. Have a great party!
