So many women have discovered how much better they can feel by doing yoga while pregnant. Our prenatal yoga classes are designed for women at all stages of pregnancy. Whether you are a beginner or have some experience with yoga, modifications will be given with respect to each persons' trimester and abilities. Come join our community of other moms-to-be and see how yoga can support and empower you during your journey through pregnancy and towards parenthood!
