Event details: Free Week- Boot Camp For Women
Description
Location: 239 Woburn Street, Reading, MA, 01867
Fit For You is running a FREE BOOT CAMP for women week where you can come and try it out any of the days. It is Monday November 9th, Wednesday November 11th and Friday November 13th from 9.30am-10.30am. Arrive 10-15 minutes early just to register for the free class. I do advise you to pre register on facebook or on our website www.fitforyoupt.com as space is limited to 20 per class.
You can expect some weight training, agility training, core training and to have a lot of fun getting stronger, having more energy and losing those extra pounds. We teach you to exercise with proper form and core stability.

Cost
FREE for the first week. We have four week camps that you can sign up for. They are $200 for a camp that you will work out three times a week for an hour for four weeks.Post a Countdown Widget
