Description
The Guardian Tree sponsored by the Rapid City Foster Parent Association goes up on November 23, 2009. The Guardian Tree holds names of children in foster care who cannot spend Christmas with their family. The Guardian Tree assists with supplemental Christmas gifts for these children. The Guardian Tree also provides gifts for birthdays and/or other special occasions to children who are not able to live with a family. Names can be drawn off the tree or donations can also be made to the Guardian Tree at 510 N. Cambell St, Rapid City, SD 57701. Gifts and/or donations must be back by December 11, 2009.
