Along with IPAC, the National Hispanic American Educational Fund, a Non-Profit national organization will be involved. The Film Festival (CVLIFF) is a fund-raising event for both Non-Profit organizations. The event will be high-caliber with many top, well-known actors, actresses, celebrities attending as well Special Guests and the Hollywood and Foreign Press that is invited and involved.
