BEGINNING TAI CHI CLASSES

Tai Chi, translated as "the great ultimate," is an ancient art from China, derived from thousands of Qi Gong exercises taken from nature and designed to be a moving meditation, a tonic for your health. It is also the source of all Eastern martial arts. The teacher is a seven year student of Master Teacher, Noel Pittman, of the Tai Chi Education & Research Institute, founded by Pao Peter Lee of the Flower Drum Restaurant and is certified to teach beginning Tai Chi. Tai Chi has health benefits for muscles, bones, organs and glands. It is a moving meditation as well. The form practiced in this class is the Yang Family Long Form. It is a great way to improve mind, body and spirit. Private classes may also be scheduled at the rate of $50 an hour. Dress comfortably, bring water.
