Come learn the joy and beauty of beginning Belly Dance and Naritha Yoga. We will learn poses of compassion, strength, beauty, fire breath as a form of moving meditation. In addition, we will learn the beautiful middle eastern art of belly dance! Wear comfortable work out clothes. You can wear a fancy scarf or belly dancing hip scarf. This class is also held on Thursday evenings at the same time for the same price. A package of four classes is available for $40. You can come barefooted or wear jazz dance shoes. Please bring water and towel.
