Come learn the joy and beauty of beginning Belly Dance and Nritha Yoga. We will learn poses of compassion, strength, beauty, fire breath as a form of moving meditation. In addition we will learn the beautiful middle eastern art of belly dance! Wear comfortable work out clothes. You can wear a fancy scarf or belly dancing hip scarf. Come learn the joy and beauty of beginning Belly Dance and Nritha Yoga. We will learn poses of compassion, strength, beauty, fire breath as a form of moving meditation. In addition we will learn the beautiful middle eastern art of belly dance! Wear comfortable work out clothes. You can wear a fancy scarf or belly dancing hip scarf. You can come barefooted or wear jazz dance shoes. Please bring water and towel. This class is also offered Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:15 pm. Class packages are available for all class days at the rate of $40 for four classes.
