Description
To honor and thank those who have served our country, we will be making patriotic cards to send to veterans recovering from injuries at the local VA Medical Center at Loma Linda. This will be a fun way to show our patriotism to our kids! Come early for a total body workout with Stroller Strides. Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for new moms and their babies. The classes are comprised of a warm-up and a 50-minute power walk, with stops for body toning using the stroller, the outdoors and exercise tubing. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and occupy baby while mom gets her workout. Class starts at 9:15 AM.
