Description
Join us for a fabulous workout in the great outdoors with your child along for the ride! Not only will you get a 1-hour total body workout, you'll also meet moms and their kids. Be sure to bring water, a hat and/or sunblock, snacks/toys for the kids and a mat/towel/blanket for abs. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts, as we start promptly at 9:15 AM. We can't wait to meet up with you!
On the MySpace bulletin board page click "Post Bulletin".
Paste code into the Body section and add a Subject to your bulletin.
Then click "Post" and you will be brought to the confirmation page.
