Description
Join us for a bouncing good time at Pump It Up, the Inflatable Party Zone! The cost is $3.00 per child and children under 23 months are free with a paid sibling. Parents play for free! All participants (parents and children) must wear socks! Come early for a total body workout with Stroller Strides. Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for new moms and their babies. The classes are comprised of a warm-up and a 50-minute power walk, with stops for body toning using the stroller, the outdoors and exercise tubing. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and occupy baby while mom gets her workout. Class starts at 9:15 AM.
