NCAF will Feed the HUNGRY

It is that time of the year again - We can either run or walk or stroll - We put our feet with everyone to show a very strong support to feed the hungry. We reach out to help the homeless and the family needy, especialy the young children who needs food to stay alive. They are NOT ALONE. and WE are not ALONE! We are there for them! Last year, 2008 - for my very first time to do this .. we had over 30, 000 people who waited and greeted with friends and families and teammates.. We ALL smoothly walked, run, jogged, sprinted, sing with joy. Parents with strollers for thier young kids and finding friends wear thier favorite holiday hats and greeted by neighbors of bands sharing good music along the streets of Mid Town of Sacramento. You just never know who you will run into . Last year I was standing around looking for my friends and all of the sudden.. guess who I was standing next to.. my good old high school friend .. Kevin Johnson.. walked along .. then found another great friend .. Brain Hickey of KCRA 3 reporter. Then yeah my friend Jefferey stopped by and ran off ..there are so many people to look around to catch a familiar face to greet with.. I am doing the 5 K Run this time.. because last year I had this left arm cast as I was not allowed run but walked the whole 5k .. it was FUN.. you should do it too!! But it only depends who will my friends will do as I will go with that flow.. I can do both .. yeah walk and jog and run and walk .. it is all the same fun stuff You CAN do it for one many reasons and then you are free to go home with a good empty tummy to feed yourself with your family and friends at dinner time.
