Yin and Bare It $10 with Yvonne
7:00-8:00 am

In this early morning practice, we incorporate silent mindfulness and breathing techniques with the Yin poses (which are held for longer periods of time) for a deeper experience of Yin Yoga. In the stillness of this practice, we can truly begin to bare the soul, freeing it from the limitations so often carried through our lives. We will enhance and integrate the body, heart and mind while developing a capacity for meeting life with freshness, clarity and compassion. Because yoga continues when we leave our mats! Experience with Yin Yoga is not required, but may be helpful. $10 drop-in or use your pass card/membership.

Ashtanga with Stacy
9:30-10:45 am
A dynamic yoga practice designed to heat and energize the body. This practice combines powerful breath with movement and poses in a set sequence. Some vinyasa yoga experience is recommended.

Stretch & Restore with Jill
5:30-6:30 pm

A great antidote to stressful life and a wonderful balance for more active practices, this class will take you through basic postures, gentle stretches, resting restorative poses and simple breathing techniques to soothe the nervous system and promote complete relaxation. This class is accessible for everyone, regardless of experience or level of fitness.

Vinyasa Level 2 with Jill
7:00-8:30 pm

Explore more advanced postures and dynamic movement and be challenged to address your inner satya (truth) along the way. Dive deeper into the practice, cultivating higher awareness, and a stronger sense of connection to yourself and your life. At least one year of consistent, ongoing practice is suggested before attending, as this class will move you into more highly refined, complex sequencing.
