Join Birgit Patty to heighten awareness of oneness through yogic practices such as intention-setting, breathing techniques, meditation, observance of silence, mudras, sounding, etc. Birgit is a long-time member of our Center; she uses SOM principles in her yoga teaching, and vice versa.
