Let's get these classes kicked off with a bang! The first cooking class meetup is scheduled for Wednesday the 10th of February. Please RSVP to attend. This lesson is planned for basic baking tips with a demonstration on artisan focaccia and some delicious soft rolls, but it may change depending on your feedback. The most important part will be getting to know you and your background, goals, and interests. I will add more details as they come available. I want to keep these groups close and personal, so I have the RSVP limit set to 12. For the first meeting, I expect closer to 5 or so, and I'm just fine with that! Email me or post a message if you have any questions. *Note: you may pay the class fee online through PayPal, or in person at the class.
