Description
Join us for our next Group-led Meditation on Wednesday, December 2nd at Ferncrest Center for Yoga and Health. Paula Guarino will lead us in a combination of sitting and walking meditation. The evening will consist of a short introduction to Insight Meditation followed by 25 minutes of silent sitting practice. We will transition into 10 minutes of walking meditation and wrap up back in sitting meditation with a closing chant. As usual, doors open at 7:15 pm with Paula's instruction beginning promptly at 7:30. We will close our time together by 8:30. Due to the nature of the walking practice and the size of our space, this meetup will be limited to 15 participants so please RSVP to attend.
