About Yavapai Downs in Prescott Valley, AZ
Description
The Yavapai County Fair Association is a non-profit organization that serves the community by providing the annual county fair, Yavapai downs house racing, as well as facilities and support for civic, community, schools and other non-profit organizations.
Designed by Froelick, Kow & Gong Architects, Inc., contains a one mile oval, 85,000 square foot three story grandstand and club house, barn area that accommodates 1,500 horses, equestrian center and fairgrounds, plus more.
