Start Your Day Off Right!!! It's time to incorporate health and fitness in your daily regimen. We are going to have an excellent workout to kick start your day. This workout will be an hour of FUN! We will use many different areas of the park and playground. Strength, Cardio, Plyometrics, Stretching, and calisthenics will be combined together to give you an awesome workout. We will provide all the equipment, just bring water, towel, and sneakers. Dress in layers Get ready to experience a great workout outdoors and meet new people!!!
