ROUTE: Fort Townsend State Park lies atop a 150-foot cliff, commanding a scenic view of Admiralty Inlet, Port Townsend Bay and the Cascade Mountains. Walk along the nature/hiking trails throughout this heavily wooded park, with its rich military history dating from pioneer days. Baby joggers possible, wheelchairs not recommended. Restrooms on the route.
