Location: Beazley Building, Room 319
If you are interested in the TCC Nuring program, we encourage you to attend one of our Nursing Information Sessions. Staff and faculty from the nursing program will be available to answer your questions.
These session are open to new students and their family members. Reservations are not required. Session will be held Thursdays from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at our Portsmouth Campus.
Mandatory attendance from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm is required of all students seeking admission to the nursing program.
The first hour will cover general information, admission steps, prerequisite course requirements, information for physicals, required background checks and transfer credit evaluation. During the second hour discussions will cover the requirements and expectations for nursing courses, testing, clinical rotations and clinical locations requirements, uniforms, insurance and degree progress expectations.
