This workshop examines critical elements for starting or running a small business during difficult times. The workshop helps an existing or potential business owner create a strategic plan for cost cutting, financial management, improving operations and creating effective marketing strategies in difficult times. Topics include leadership and management, improving customer relations, analysis of current business condition, and leveraging opportunities that may arise during a slowdown.

The cost for this workshop is $30 each for individuals and $20 each for groups of 2 or more, materials included.
